Mr. Rogers goes to visit Mr. McFeely's house, though he later decides to visit Chef Brockett's bakery. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Corny and Robert Troll employ Lady Elaine Fairchilde in hopes of getting all of the waste to go back to the original bucket it was contained in.
