In Monster Hunter Stories Ride On season 1 episode 12, titled "Invasion of the Nargacuga," Lute, Cheval, and Navirou set out to explore a new area and find themselves in the middle of a fierce battle between a group of Nargacugas and the local Tigrex. However, they soon discover that the Nargacugas are actually being controlled by a mysterious force, forcing them to team up with their former enemy to stop the invasion.

Instead, they are being controlled by a strange creature with powerful psychic abilities. In order to stop the invasion, Lute and his friends must find and defeat this mysterious entity.
Their journey takes them through treacherous terrain and dangerous monsters, including a terrifying Astalos that nearly puts an end to their quest. However, with their strength and teamwork, Lute, Cheval, and Navirou are able to overcome the challenges and track down the creature controlling the Nargacugas.
When they finally confront the creature, they find out that it is being controlled by an even more powerful entity known as the Black Blight. This dangerous force threatens to bring destruction to the entire land, and it's up to Lute and his friends to put a stop to it once and for all.
