First up is Kurt, who is following the Wild Diet with his trainer Abel James. Kurt has lost an impressive 23 pounds in one month, but Abel still sees room for improvement. Abel also encourages Kurt to incorporate more vegetables into his meals to ensure he is getting enough micronutrients.
Next, Tajini and her trainer Dawn Jackson Blatner check in. Tajini is on the Superfood Swap diet and has lost 15 pounds so far. Dawn is pleased with her progress but notices that Tajini has been indulging in too many treats lately. She reminds Tajini of the importance of portion control and encourages her to stick to the plan.
Meanwhile, Lauren and her trainer Carolyn Barnes are dealing with some setbacks. Lauren has gained weight since the last weigh-in and is feeling discouraged. Carolyn reassures her that weight fluctuations are normal and suggests switching up their workout routine to challenge her body in new ways. Lauren is hesitant but agrees to try it out.
Finally, Jay and Jennifer are next to check in. Jay is following the No Diet Plan, which emphasizes intuitive eating and mindfulness. He has lost 17 pounds so far and is feeling great.
