In season 2 episode 7 of My Feet Are Killing Me, entitled "Macaroni Toenails," podiatrists Dr. Brad Schaeffer and Dr. Ebonie Vincent are faced with some of their toughest cases yet. The episode opens with a man named Bryce, who has been living with a painful ingrown toenail for years. He has tried to fix it himself, but now the toe is infected and he's in danger of losing it. Dr. Brad and Dr. Ebonie assess the damage and determine that surgery is necessary to save the toe. They perform the procedure in the office and give Bryce some much-needed relief.

Next, the doctors meet with John, a Vietnam War veteran who has been dealing with a painful, bumpy growth on his foot for decades. John is worried that the growth could be cancerous, and he's anxious to have it removed. Dr. Ebonie takes on the case and carefully removes the growth, sending it to a lab for analysis. The results come back negative for cancer, and John is overjoyed to finally be free of the growth that has been plaguing him for so long.

In another case, the doctors meet a woman named Karen, whose toe has been deformed by an unusual condition called macrodystrophia lipomatosa. This condition causes an overgrowth of fatty tissue in the affected limb, leading to an abnormal appearance and sometimes pain. Dr. Brad and Dr. Ebonie assess the situation and determine that surgery is the best option to correct the issue. They perform a procedure to remove the excess tissue and straighten the toe, giving Karen a more functional and aesthetically pleasing foot.

Later in the episode, the doctors meet a woman named Liz, who has been dealing with an unsightly and uncomfortable toe issue for years. Liz has a condition called pachyonychia congenita, which causes thickening of the nails and skin on the feet and hands. Her toenails have grown to a point where they resemble macaroni noodles and are causing her pain and embarrassment. Dr. Ebonie and Dr. Brad are hesitant to perform any surgery on the delicate nails, but they come up with a plan to help Liz manage the issue and find some relief.

Finally, the episode concludes with a woman named Jill, who has been dealing with a particularly stubborn case of plantar warts. Jill has tried a variety of treatments, but nothing has worked to remove the warts. Dr. Brad takes on the case and performs a laser treatment to remove the warts once and for all. Jill is thrilled with the results and grateful to finally be able to walk pain-free.

Overall, "Macaroni Toenails" is a compelling episode of My Feet Are Killing Me that showcases the incredible skill and compassion of Dr. Brad Schaeffer and Dr. Ebonie Vincent. From complex surgeries to subtle interventions, the podiatrists do whatever it takes to help their patients reclaim their feet and their lives.
