Ep 13. Episode 213: Hercules Table

Later, Diane travels to the town of Livadia, where she meets with historian Stavros Katsios. Stavros takes her on a tour of Thebes' ancient ruins, including the temple of Dionysus and the house of the poet Pindar. Diane learns about the importance of food and wine in ancient Thebes, and how they were often used as offerings to the gods.

Finally, Diane returns to To Katsiki, where she meets with Yiannis Boutari, a local winemaker. Yiannis introduces her to his signature wine, a blend of grapes from the region. Diane enjoys the wine with a cheese platter, featuring local cheeses and honey from the nearby mountains.
