Ep 4. Florida estate agent searches for a Dream Home with a View

For episode 4 of season 1 of My Lottery Dream Home, we follow estate agent, Rhonda, as she searches for her very own dream home with a view in sunny Florida. Rhonda has won a huge lottery jackpot and is now ready to invest in her dream property. Her criteria is quite specific as she is looking for a home with a beautiful view where she can sit back and relax with her family.

Rhonda kicks off her search with a stunning property featuring the perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico. While the inside of the property didn't tick all of Rhonda's boxes, the gorgeous view more than made up for it. The house sits on an expansive piece of waterfront land and Rhonda can envision herself spending time outdoors on the wraparound porch and enjoying days in her boat. She's definitely considering this property for her dream home.

Next up, Rhonda checks out a contemporary home in a gated community. Perched on top of a hill, the property offers stunning views of downtown Tampa. While the house has an open floor plan and all of the modern amenities, the view from the back of the house is somewhat obstructed by a large tree. Rhonda likes the location and the home's features, but the tree is a dealbreaker. She's looking for a full view of the Tampa skyline, not just a snippet of it.

Rhonda then takes a look at a brand new property in a sought after neighborhood close to the beach. The home boasts all the latest trends in design and multiple balconies to soak in the views. While the open plan home offers plenty of living space, Rhonda isn't completely sold. The house has a modern, industrial feel, which doesn't align with Rhonda's preference for a classic, timeless look. She's not quite ready to make an offer on this property.

Finally, Rhonda visits a Spanish-style mansion on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views of the water and city. The home features an open concept kitchen and living space, as well as a pool and sun deck with breathtaking views. Rhonda absolutely loves the style of this property and feels the view is unparalleled. She's found her dream home with a view in this one.

In the end, Rhonda purchases the Spanish-style mansion, grateful that she was able to find the perfect home with all of her must-haves: an open living concept, ample outdoor space, and an unbeatable view.
