Next up, David meets another couple, Mark and Kim. They are a fun-loving couple who love to travel the world and embrace every opportunity that comes their way. They won the lottery and decided to invest all the money into creating the perfect home for themselves.

David takes them on a tour of some of the most luxurious properties in Missouri. They explore homes that have spas, pools, and fully equipped chef's kitchens. Mark and Kim are particularly impressed with properties that have guest suites and ample entertaining spaces. David is excited to help them create their dream home, and guides them towards a stunning property that will suit all their needs.

Lastly, David meets a couple who won the lottery and decided that it was the perfect opportunity to invest in a vacation property. Kevin and Christina are avid lake lovers, and they want a home that is close to the lake, surrounded by nature, and has all the amenities of a vacation home.
