Ep 2. Little Sister, Big House

David convinces them to put in an initial offer of $375,000, which the seller accepts, and they get the house for $385,000.

David helps Jordan with the decor and furnishing of the house. Jordan has always wanted a comfortable and welcoming home, where her kids can have fun and relax. With David's expertise, he helps her design the perfect kids' room, complete with a swing and a teepee. He also helps her design her bedroom, which is fit for a queen, with a beautiful four-poster bed and a big closet.

In the end, Jordan loves the house, and so does Andrew. The sisters are thrilled that they are able to buy a big house within their budget. David is happy with the outcome, and he makes sure that Jordan's dream of owning a big house comes true.
