Ep 5. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

After seeing the four houses, David sits down with Megan and Justin to discuss their options. They weigh the pros and cons of each property and ultimately decide to put an offer on the third ranch house they saw. They love the open space, the cleanliness, and all the amenities the house offers, and are willing to travel farther to work in exchange for it.

David helps the couple finalize the purchase, and they soon move into their new dream home. Megan and Justin are thrilled with their new property and can't wait to start their new lives on their own little farm.
