Ep 8. The Touch of Satan

In season 9 episode 8 of Mystery Science Theater 3000, the gang takes on the horror film The Touch of Satan. The movie follows a young man named Jodie who travels to a small town to visit his grandfather's farm for the summer. While on his way there, he meets a mysterious woman named Melissa who offers him a ride. Unbeknownst to Jodie, Melissa is a witch who places a curse on him, causing a string of bizarre and terrifying events to unfold.

As always, the MST3K crew provides hilarious commentary throughout the film, mocking everything from the plot to the special effects. The humor is top-notch and delivers plenty of laugh-out-loud moments. The cast also shares some great riffs, making jokes about everything from the film's dated fashion to the questionable acting choices of the cast.

While the movie itself is definitely a bit cheesy, it still manages to be an enjoyable watch thanks to the MST3K crew's witty commentary. The Touch of Satan may not be the most memorable episode of the show, but it still delivers plenty of laughs and is a perfect addition to any MST3K marathon.
