To spice things up, Nathan suggests to Suzy to advertise the house as being haunted. To do this, Nathan hires local actors to enact paranormal activity in the home, creating a spooky atmosphere for the open house.

The gimmick works, and a lot of people come to see the house, but none of them want to buy a haunted house. So Nathan pivots and convinces Suzy to brand the house as having the "best ghost-free guarantee" in town, meaning if anything goes wrong with the property within 24 hours of purchasing it, Suzy would buy it back. The idea works, and Suzy finally manages to sell the house.

The episode ends with Nathan checking back with Jim's auto shop, who had to pay a fine to the local fire department for their fake stunt. However, the exposure from the stunt was worth it, and Jim's shop is now thriving. Nathan also revisits Suzy, who is happy to report several other homes were sold by using her ghost-free guarantee idea.
