In California, police are charging several gang members they say are responsible for nearly 100 residential burglaries across Los Angeles. Authorities say the suspects range in age from 20 to 47 years old. The suspects use sophisticated technology to target high-end neighborhoods. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports.
