Ep 1. Musician Heal Thyself

Set in the vibrant and culturally rich city of New Orleans, NCIS: New Orleans revolves around a team of special agents who work for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. In the pilot episode, titled "Musician Heal Thyself", the team investigates the murder of a Navy musician who was gunned down at a street parade.

They also learn that he had been involved in a secret relationship with a fellow musician, who they initially suspect as being the killer.

However, as the investigation progresses, the team discovers that the victim's murder was part of a larger conspiracy involving a corrupt music producer who was using talented musicians to launder drug money. With the help of local musicians and the New Orleans Police Department, the team is able to uncover the truth and bring the killer to justice.
