Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide is a comedic television show that first premiered on Nickelodeon in 2004. The show revolves around the everyday life of Ned Bigby and his two friends, Moze and Cookie, as they navigate the tricky waters of middle school. Martin is an expert speller and a notorious cheat, and Ned knows he has to be at the top of his game if he's going to beat him. But with every word he struggles to pronounce, his cold only seems to get worse. By the time the spelling bee begins, Ned is a sniffling mess, barely able to keep his eyes open.

Meanwhile, Moze and Cookie are doing their best to help Ned out. They know how badly he wants to win the spelling bee, but they also know that he's not feeling well. They hatch a plan to make sure that Ned can take a sick day without missing out on the competition.

Their plan involves finding a substitute speller to take Ned's place. After some searching, they stumble upon a girl named Rebecca who's more than happy to help out. With Rebecca in place, Ned can finally relax and focus on getting better.

However, things don't go as smoothly as planned. When Rebecca shows up to the spelling bee, Martin immediately suspects something is up. He's determined to prove that Ned is cheating, and he'll stop at nothing to expose the truth.

As the spelling bee progresses, Martin becomes more and more desperate. He accuses Ned of hiding his spelling words in his tissues and even steals Ned's pen to try and find evidence of cheating. But Ned and his friends stay one step ahead of him, and in the end, it's Rebecca who comes out victorious.

Guide to: Sick Days & Spelling Bees is a fun and lighthearted episode of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. It highlights the importance of taking care of yourself when you're sick, as well as the value of teamwork and friendship. With plenty of laughs and some tense moments, it's a great addition to the show's first season.
