Outrageous Acts Of Science is a show that explores some of the craziest and most interesting inventions, experiments, and scientific discoveries around. In season 1 episode 2, called "Human Guinea Pigs," we get to witness some of the most extreme experiments that scientists have carried out using themselves as the test subjects.

The episode starts off with a bang, featuring a scientist who plans on jumping out of an airplane at 30,000 feet using a wing suit. The catch? He's going to try to do it without a parachute. This experiment may seem like complete madness, but the scientist actually has a good reason for attempting it: he wants to see if he can survive a high-altitude jump without any gear. Along with his team of fellow scientists, he tests various equipment, such as an oxygen regulator, to see if it will work in the thin air of the stratosphere. This is an extremely risky experiment, and the outcome is genuinely unknown until the moment he takes the leap. Will he make it? You'll have to watch to find out!

Next up, we meet a scientist who decides to test out a new type of scuba gear he's invented. Instead of using regular tanks, he's created an apparatus that filters the oxygen out of the water and pumps it into his lungs, allowing him to breathe underwater without the need for tanks. This is an extremely dangerous experiment - if something goes wrong with the gear, he could drown! - but the scientist is confident in his invention, and sets out to prove its effectiveness.

Another scientist in the episode tests what happens to the human body at very high g-forces. She builds a g-force simulator and uses it to test what happens when a person experiences up to 9 g's - that is, nine times the force of gravity. She wants to see what impact this level of force has on the body, and whether people could withstand it for prolonged periods of time (for example, during space travel). To find out, she straps herself into the simulator and tests her limits.

The episode continues with more insane experiments, including a scientist who sees how long he can go without sleep, a scientist who tests out the effects of electrocution on the human body, and a scientist who designs and builds a human-powered helicopter. Each experiment is more outrageous than the last, and all of them are sure to leave viewers on the edge of their seats.

Overall, "Human Guinea Pigs" is an exciting and thrilling episode of Outrageous Acts Of Science. It showcases some of the wildest and most daring scientific experiments carried out by people who are willing to put their own bodies on the line in the pursuit of knowledge. If you're interested in science and like learning about some of the most extraordinary breakthroughs and discoveries around, then this is definitely an episode you won't want to miss.
