When Ethan sees Theresa crying after hearing his marriage preparations with Gwen, he apologizes to her. After Simone learns a little bit about Chad's past, she offers to help him learn more and ultimately invites him over for dinner. In her hospital room, Charity is devastated when she finds out from Eve that her mother died in the house fire. Meanwhile, as Luis apologizes to Sheridan for making fun of her basketball playing, Robert Horry arrives in the gym to congratulate her for the progress she made. It is at this point that Luis and Sheridan begin arguing again about how she cheated.
