Upon their arrival at the hospital, Gwen and Rebecca are less than happy to see Ethan there with Theresa. After touching the coffin at Pilar's, Sheridan has a flashback to her childhood. Meanwhile, on the pier, Simone attempts to talk some sense into Jessica by telling her Spike will hurt her if she doesn't leave him, but she refuses to listen.
