Ep 2. Conference

Peep Show season 4 episode 2, titled "Conference," follows the misadventures of Mark and Jez as they attend a work conference. Mark is determined to network and impress his boss, Johnson, while Jez sees the conference as an opportunity to party and hook up.

He mistakenly believes that a successful business deal with a Norwegian company will be the key to Johnson's approval and spends the rest of the conference pursuing this deal at the expense of everything else.

Jez, meanwhile, continues to party and indulge in increasingly dangerous behavior. He ends up getting caught by hotel security and is chased through the hotel, ultimately causing chaos and destruction.

The episode ends with Mark feeling defeated and unappreciated by Johnson. Jez returns from his wild night to find Mark in a depressed state and tries to cheer him up, but ultimately fails.

Overall, "Conference" is a hilarious yet poignant episode that showcases the stark differences between Mark and Jez's personalities and their respective approaches to work and play.
