They manage to track down the owner, but it becomes clear that the owner is unable to properly take care of the dog. The team decides to rescue the dog and bring him back to the rescue center.

Finally, the episode comes full circle, as the team manages to get the necessary funds to take Titan to the vet for surgery to remove his lump. The surgery is a success, and Titan is able to return to the rescue center once he recovers.
