When cops pull over a suspicious vehicle, the inhabitants offer fashion tips with the police. Officers go on the hunt for a hit-and-run suspect, only to discover the perps are a couple of minors, and a petty public intoxication charge leads police to the hotel room of a fugitive on the run from a $100,000 warrant.
