Using a device called a spirit box, the hosts hope to communicate with the war hero. At first, they hear only static and white noise, but then a clear message comes through, shocking both hosts and confirming their suspicions that the homestead is indeed haunted.

Throughout their investigation, Jack and Katrina remain respectful and sensitive to any spirits present. They work to build a rapport with the ghosts, making it clear that they are not there to harm or disrespect them. At the same time, their dedication to uncovering the truth shines through, making for a thrilling and suspenseful episode.
