Ep 1. Pilot

In the first episode of Preacher season 1, titled "Pilot," we meet Jesse Custer, a small-town Texas preacher with a troubled past. Despite his good intentions, Jesse struggles to connect with his congregation and often finds himself questioning his faith. As the episode progresses, we also meet Cassidy, an Irish vampire who befriends Jesse after a chance encounter on a plane. Cassidy is a charismatic and unpredictable character who quickly becomes a fan-favorite, thanks in part to Joseph Gilgun's dynamic performance.

Overall, the pilot episode of Preacher sets up a complex and intriguing world packed with fascinating characters, dark humor, and plenty of violence.
