Ep 7. He Gone

In season 1 episode 7 of Preacher, titled "He Gone," Jesse is dealing with the aftermath of Eugene's disappearance. We see flashbacks of Jesse's interactions with Eugene leading up to him being sent to hell. Jesse is haunted by guilt and begins to question his own abilities and the consequences they bring.

Meanwhile, Tulip is still determined to get revenge on Carlos for betraying them. She and Cassidy embark on a dangerous mission to find him. However, they soon realize that Carlos is not alone and they are in over their heads.

As the episode progresses, we begin to see the true extent of the power of Jesse's voice. An unsuspecting victim falls under his spell and his actions have devastating consequences. This prompts Sheriff Root to take action against Jesse and the church.

The tension continues to build as the characters are forced to confront the consequences of their actions. With the stakes getting higher, tensions rise and relationships are tested. The episode ends with a major cliffhanger that is sure to leave viewers eagerly anticipating the next installment.
