As Project Runway hostess Heidi Klum likes to say, "One day you're in and the next day you're out," and in the ever-changing world of fashion, sometimes a designer comes back into vogue. Such is the case with the returning designers of "Project Runway All-Stars." The popular reality show gives some of the highest ranking and memorable fashion designers from previous seasons a second chance at winning. The spin-off series features a new hostess, supermodel Angela Lindvall in Season 1 and supermodel Carolyn Murphy for Season 2, as well as a new work room mentor, Joanna Coles, Editor-in-Chief of Marie Claire magazine. As with the regular Project Runway, the aspiring designers have a design challenge that they must complete in limited time with limited resources and present their work to a panel of judges. The All-Stars face designer and celebrity Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman of the Marchesa fashion line as regular judges. Each week, a guest judge joins the panel.
