Rev learns that the Great Dane was originally bred for hunting fierce boars in the forests of Germany. They are also known as the "Apollo of dogs" due to their majestic and muscular appearance.

After his Great Dane experience, Rev heads to a hot dog stand that is known for serving the best in the city. He tries a traditional Danish hot dog which is topped with ketchup, mustard, onions, remoulade sauce, and pickles. He finds out that the Danish have gone "hot dog crazy" and have even gone as far as changing the name of the popular "street food" to "pølsevogn" which means "sausage wagon."

Rev and Justine then visit the beautiful palace of Amalienborg, which is home to the Danish Royal Family. They learn about the palace's rich history and get a glimpse of the changing of the guard, which happens every day at noon.

The couple then heads to a Copenhagen restaurant where they meet up with chef Camilla Plum. She shows them how to make traditional Danish smørrebrød sandwiches, which consist of dense rye bread topped with various toppings such as fish, meat, vegetables, cheeses, and spreads. Rev tries several varieties and declares them all delicious.

Finally, Rev and Justine enjoy some time on a boat cruise along Copenhagen's picturesque waterfront. The couple soaks in the stunning views of the city and its architecture while enjoying some wine and good conversation.
