Ep 4. My Lucky Night

As the night continues, J.D. and Kylie kiss and seem to be hitting it off. However, their budding romance is interrupted when they realize that they both need to be at work early the next morning. They exchange phone numbers and agree to see each other again in the near future.

The episode ends with J.D. feeling buoyed by the successful night out and the possibility of a new relationship. However, he is brought back down to earth when he returns to work and is reminded of the difficult and often heart-wrenching nature of his chosen profession. Despite this, J.D. remains optimistic and determined to continue making the most of his life both inside and outside of the hospital.
