Debbie starts to attract some unwanted attention from a boy in her class. Lip is torn between his loyalty to Ian and his desire to become involved with a wealthy and attractive college student. Meanwhile, Sheila returns from her trip to the psychiatric hospital and attempts to control Karen's behavior. Throughout the episode, the characters face their own personal struggles and navigate the complexities of their relationships.
