Lip juggles his responsibilities as a newly appointed professor and a single father to his newborn son. He finds himself struggling to balance his career aspirations with the demands of parenthood.

Debbie starts to feel the pressures of motherhood as she tries to balance caring for her newborn daughter with her job and her responsibilities to her family.

Carl struggles with the aftermath of his recent incarceration and tries to navigate life outside of prison. He grapples with adjusting to civilian life and tries to stay on the straight and narrow path.

As the season comes to a close, the Gallagher family must band together to face a new set of challenges that threaten to tear them apart. With tensions running high and emotions running wild, the family must rely on each other more than ever before to survive.
