Flyrates, the fifteenth episode of Some Assembly Required, follows the continuing adventures of Jarby McSlayer and his team of teenage inventors as they face a new challenge: creating a drone delivery service to compete with the established FlyFree delivery company. The team decides to call their new service FlyRates, in a not-so-subtle jab at their competition's high prices.
As the team works to create their new drones, they encounter a number of setbacks and challenges, including malfunctioning motors and a botched test flight that nearly results in disaster. Meanwhile, their rival FlyFree seems to have the upper hand when they announce a new partnership with a major retailer, promising customers even faster and more convenient delivery options.
Undeterred, the Some Assembly Required team comes up with a bold plan to disrupt FlyFree's dominance in the market. They decide to offer a limited-time promotion with drastically reduced rates, hoping to lure in customers with their lower prices and superior service.
As the rival companies go head-to-head, tensions rise between the Some Assembly Required team members. Piper and Geneva, normally close friends and allies, find themselves at odds over the best course of action for FlyRates. And Jarvis, the team's self-appointed leader, struggles to keep everyone on task and focused amidst the mounting pressure and stress.
Despite the challenges, the Some Assembly Required team manages to pull off their promotion, drawing in a flood of new customers and boosting their reputation in the industry. However, they soon discover that their success has not gone unnoticed by FlyFree and their CEO. In a last-ditch effort to maintain their grip on the market, the FlyFree team resorts to dirty tactics and sabotage, setting the stage for a dramatic final showdown between the two companies.
As the episode comes to a close, the Some Assembly Required team prepares for a final showdown with their rivals, determined to prove that innovation and ingenuity can triumph over greed and corruption. With their eyes on the prize and their drones at the ready, they set out to claim the top spot in the competitive world of drone delivery.
