Ep 4. Jakovasaurs

In South Park season 3 episode 4, titled "Jakovasaurs", the town's residents discover a new creature living in the forest and quickly become annoyed by its constant babbling. The creature, named Jakovasaur, resembles a dinosaur and speaks in a high-pitched, annoying voice.
