When he arrives, Ray is surprised to see his mother acting as J.J.'s assistant. He feels that Maya is not giving him enough attention and decides to act out. He breaks camp rules and ends up in a time-out. Maya realizes that Ray is feeling neglected, and she intervenes. She tells Ray how she is only assisting J.J. because he needs help and that she is sorry for not spending enough time with him. Ray is comforted, and the family reconciles.
