An officer takes a look at some of the work from a female tattooer. Then, a man refuses to wear his seat belt, explaining that he had been bit by a brown recluse spider and his arm has swelled up to three sizes it's normal size! Finally, an officer pulls over a pretty woman wearing a tiara.
