One of the dumbest stops in Speeder's history finds an officer pulling over a car in which the female driver can not roll down her window. Next, an officer stop a pair of siblings who are shooting beer cans in the woods while celebrating a birthday. Lastly, an officer pulls over a pair of security equipment installers who do anything but make you feel safe.
