Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge season 1 episode 3, titled "Beards and Brawn," sees eight new contestants arriving at the Broken Skull Ranch to compete in a series of grueling physical challenges for a chance to win $10,000 and the opportunity to face off against the Skullbuster obstacle course.
The episode kicks off with Steve Austin introducing the competitors to the signature obstacle of the episode, "The Wrecking Wall." This massive, 16-foot wall is covered in handholds and footholds, and the goal is for each competitor to climb to the top and ring the bell before their opponents.
The first challenge, called "Tire Flip," involves each competitor flipping a series of 200-pound tractor tires down a 100-yard course as fast as possible. The person with the slowest time is eliminated, while the rest move on to the next round.
In round two, "Iron Horse," the competitors must drag a 300-pound steel cylinder attached to a chain through a 30-yard course, using just their own strength to move it along. The first four competitors to finish will advance to the next round.
Next up is "Lead Foot," where the remaining four competitors must carry a 45-pound weight in each hand while running up a steep hill, then dropping the weights and grabbing two sandbags to carry back down to the starting line. The first two to finish move on to the final round.
The last challenge is "The Wrecking Wall," where the remaining two competitors will face off in a head-to-head race to the top of the wall. The first to ring the bell at the top will win the $10,000 prize and move on to face the Skullbuster.
As always, Steve Austin is on hand to cheer on the competitors and provide colorful commentary throughout the challenges. With intense physical demands, plenty of drama, and a massive cash prize on the line, "Beards and Brawn" promises to be a thrilling and action-packed episode of Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge.
