The competitors have to use all their upper body strength to pull themselves up the walls, taking breaks when they can to catch their breath. It's a grueling challenge that leaves some of the competitors gasping for air and others struggling to keep their grip on the sandbag.

The third challenge is called "Turntable," and it's one of the most visually impressive challenges of the season. The competitors have to run across a series of spinning platforms, trying to keep their balance as the platforms rotate. If they fall off, they have to start over from the beginning. It's a dizzying challenge that takes a lot of focus and determination to complete.

The competitors who make it through the first three challenges move on to "The Pit," where they have to crawl through a series of narrow tunnels while avoiding obstacles. They start out in a small pit and have to work their way through the tunnels until they reach the other side. It's a claustrophobic challenge that tests their agility and their ability to stay calm under pressure.

After "The Pit," the remaining competitors move on to "Tire Tug," where they have to pull a giant tire up a steep hill using only a rope. The tire weighs over 400 pounds, making it one of the heaviest objects the competitors have had to move so far. They struggle to get the tire moving, but once they do, they pull with all their might to get it up the hill.

The final challenge is the legendary Skullbuster, where the remaining competitors have to race through a series of increasingly difficult obstacles in a race to the finish line. It's a grueling and intense challenge that requires strength, agility, and mental toughness. The obstacles include the infamous "Skullcrusher," where they have to climb up a slippery wall while being blasted with water, and "The Pulverizer," where they have to jump from a high platform onto a series of giant foam cushions.
