A car hits Hyun Soo in the middle of his escape from the police and the prosecutors. This sends him off his bike and his head crashing onto the pavement. Now that he's unconscious, he can't be tried in court, nor could he be convicted of any crime if his memory is faulty. Officer Bang gets back to work, and he's got so much to do already on his first day on duty.
