Vexed is a comedy television series that was written by Howard Overman. The series originated in the United Kingdom, and was aired in English. The shows are an hour long each. The series ran for two seasons and only contained nine episodes. Vexed is about two police detectives paired up to solve crime. Jack Armstrong is played by Toby Stephens as a young messy detective. Kate Bishop is a well rounded detective played by Lucy Punch in the first series. In the second series, Kate is replaced by the new hot detective Georgina Dixon, who is played by Miranda Raison. The series takes place in London. Jack and Kate were paired up in season one. The two are attracted to one another, but Kate is married, but she is experiencing marital issues, so there could be a chance for Jack yet. In season two, Jack is paired up with yet another attractive partner, Georgie. The two officers are attracted but crazy different kind of life styles make a personal relationship difficult.
