In the third season premiere of The Brady Bunch, entitled "Ghost Town, U.S.A.", the Brady family sets out on a vacation to a deserted Old West ghost town. After arriving at the run-down location, they discover that it is up for sale, but soon realize that the seemingly abandoned town is not as empty as they first believed.

Upon exploring the town, the Brady family stumbles upon a mysterious figure who they believe is a ghost. The figure soon reveals himself to be a local farmer named Hank, who has been living in the deserted town for years. Hank explains that he has been trying to save the town from being sold to a group of businessmen who plan to tear it down and turn it into a modern resort.

The Brady family is sympathetic to Hank's cause and agrees to help him save the town. They work together to clean up the town and attract tourists, with the hope of generating enough interest to dissuade the businessmen from buying it. Along the way, they encounter a variety of colorful characters, including a group of travelling musicians and a pair of bickering lovebirds.

As the family works tirelessly to save the town, they develop a newfound appreciation for the history and tradition of the Old West. They come to realize that preserving the past is just as important as forging ahead into the future.

"Ghost Town, U.S.A." is a heartwarming episode about family, friendship, and community. It showcases the Brady family at their best, working together to achieve a common goal. With its charming setting, memorable characters, and valuable life lessons, this episode is a standout in the third season of The Brady Bunch.
