Ep 15. The Cat Burglar

Rob and Laura Petrie, along with their neighbors Jerry and Millie Helper, become convinced that there is a cat burglar on the loose in their quiet suburban neighborhood. One night, while alone in their home, Laura believes she hears someone trying to break in. She calls the police, but there is no evidence of a break-in and the police suggest she might have just been imagining things.

Despite this, the neighborhood remains on edge and everyone begins taking extra precautions to protect their homes. However, the burglar manages to strike again, this time successfully stealing jewelry from the home of one of the neighbors.

Rob, who works as a comedy writer for a television show, becomes obsessed with catching the culprit. He enlists the help of his friend and coworker Buddy to create elaborate booby traps and surveillance measures to try and catch the burglar in the act.

Meanwhile, Laura becomes increasingly worried about their safety and suggests they move to a safer neighborhood. Rob insists that they stay and fight back against the burglar.

As the tension in the neighborhood grows, the truth about the cat burglar is finally revealed and Rob and Laura realize that things are not always what they seem.
