Alex Donovan ( Christian Slater) used to be a police officer, a good police officer. After his 11-year old daughter was kidnapped and never found, he couldn't go on, until he met Lindsey Drake(Heather Stephens) who runs the Forgotten network, a group of volunteers who use their talents to uncover the identity of a John or Jane Doe about to be buried in an unmarked grave. Walter Bailey (Bob Stephenson) works for the phone company and just wants to give back. Candace Butler (Michelle Borth) hates her day job and long to do meaningful work. The new guy, Tyler Davies (Anthony Carrigan) is a sculptor, but has a background in forensics. Each episode is narrated by the voice of an unidentified victim, who tells a little of their story. Each member of the team will connect to the case in his or her way while using their talents to uncover the victim's identity.
