Napoleon Solo, the suave and charming United Network Command for Law and Enforcement (U.N.C.L.E.) agent, is tasked with a new mission in season 1 episode 12 of The Man From U.N.C.L.E., entitled "The Dove Affair." Together with his partner, Illya Kuryakin, Solo must stop a group of international criminals who are attempting to steal a valuable sample of a new rocket fuel from a secret research facility.
As the mission progresses, Solo discovers that one of the scientists at the research facility, Dr. Vera Markov, is actually a former flame of his. This personal connection adds an extra dimension of intrigue to the already complicated mission, as Solo must navigate his feelings for Markov while still working to thwart the criminals' plans.
Meanwhile, Kuryakin is tasked with infiltrating the bad guys' organization in a bid to learn more about their plans and their leader, the enigmatic Dr. Stoller. Kuryakin's undercover work takes him to a luxury yacht where he poses as a musician, but his cover is soon blown and he finds himself in grave danger.
With tension mounting on all sides, Solo and Kuryakin must rely on their wits, their training, and their trust in one another to bring the criminals to justice and foil their plan to use the stolen rocket fuel for their own nefarious purposes.
