Napoleon Solo, an agent of U.N.C.L.E., and Illya Kuryakin, a Russian agent, team up once again in the second part of The Concrete Overcoat Affair. The duo are tasked with preventing a group of gangsters, known as THRUSH, from destroying a new dam that is under construction in California, which would lead to catastrophic consequences for the surrounding community if successful.

The episode starts off with Solo being chased by the assassins of the head of the THRUSH, Randolph (played by Cesare Danova), but he manages to evade them and makes it safely back to U.N.C.L.E.'s headquarters. The team soon discovers that Randolph has fled to California, where he intends to detonate a nuclear bomb, hidden beneath a concrete overcoat on the dam's foundation, in order to cause the dam to collapse. Solo and Kuryakin are dispatched to California to stop Randolph and his accomplices.

Once they arrive in California, the agents don their disguises and try to blend in with the local community as they try to locate Randolph. Along the way, they meet a lovely young woman named Patricia (played by Susan Oliver), who works at a marina and who quickly becomes enchanted with Solo. As the agents continue to search for Randolph, they begin to doubt their ability to stop the nuclear bomb from detonating and save the surrounding community.

The tension and suspense build up as Solo and Kuryakin race against time to thwart the evil plans of the ruthless THRUSH gangsters. The stakes are high, and the consequences of failure are unimaginable. Despite the odds stacked against them, Solo and Kuryakin maintain their conviction and determination to see the mission through, even if it means sacrificing their own lives in the process.

As the episode reaches its climax, Solo and Kuryakin converge on the dam, where they engage in a fierce battle with Randolph and his henchmen, each with their lives at stake. Explosions, gunfights, and hand-to-hand combat ensue as the agents fight to protect the community and defuse the bomb. Will they succeed in saving the day, or will the forces of evil prevail?

The Concrete Overcoat Affair, Part 2 is a thrilling, action-packed episode that showcases the best of U.N.C.L.E.'s agents' cunning and courage.
