Ep 3. The Promotion

In The Office season 6 episode 3, titled "The Promotion," the employees at Dunder Mifflin are in a frenzy as a promotion for the position of Michael's right-hand man becomes available. Both Jim and Dwight eagerly vie for the position, and they each have their own ways of trying to secure the job.
