Ep 1. Nepotism

In The Office season 7 episode 1 titled "Nepotism," the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin welcomes the new office assistant, Luke Cooper, the nephew of Pam's maternity leave replacement, who also happens to be Michael's half-sister. Luke's arrival prompts the staff to debate whether or not nepotism plays a role in the workplace.

Meanwhile, Andy returns from anger management therapy with a new outlook, but quickly becomes frustrated when he learns that he will not be promoted to Michael's job. In an effort to prove himself, he challenges Dwight to a sales contest.

Elsewhere, Erin tries to make a good impression on Gabe, the new HR representative, but ends up embarrassing herself in front of the entire office. And Jim and Pam struggle to balance their work and personal lives as they adjust to parenthood.
