In The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 9 episode 11, titled "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?", tensions run high as the ladies gather for Denise's pizza party. Lisa Rinna is still upset with her longtime friend, Kyle, for not defending her against Dorit's accusation that she talks too much about their perceived issues with Lisa Vanderpump. Kyle, on the other hand, feels like she did defend Lisa Rinna and is frustrated with her friend for not seeing her side of things.
Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpump is still reeling from the fallout of Puppygate and the accusations that she leaked the story to the press. She talks to her husband, Ken, about how hurt she is by the way the other ladies have been treating her, but he encourages her to keep her chin up and be the bigger person.
As the party gets going, tensions rise even higher when Camille brings up her infamous blackballing comment from last season, where she suggested that Lisa Vanderpump had orchestrated a campaign to get her off the show. The other ladies are quick to jump in and defend Lisa, accusing Camille of being inconsistent with her stories and stirring up drama for attention.
Things take an even darker turn when the ladies start to speculate about who might have leaked the story about Puppygate to the press. Kyle suggests that it was someone from Lisa Vanderpump's camp, which sends Lisa off the deep end. She denies having anything to do with it and accuses Kyle of making things up to start drama.
As the party starts to break up, tensions continue to simmer between Lisa Rinna and Kyle. Lisa is frustrated that Kyle won't concede that she should have spoken up more when Dorit accused Rinna of talking behind her back, while Kyle is hurt that Lisa doesn't see how much she did defend her.
The episode ends with Lisa Vanderpump storming out of the party in a huff, frustrated by the way she's been treated by the other ladies. It's clear that the tensions between the women are only going to continue to rise in the coming episodes.
