The President is joined by other world leaders as they discuss pressing issues of national security. Back at the White House, Chief of Staff Josh Lyman and Press Secretary C.J. Cregg try to manage the fallout from a leaked memo that puts the administration in an uncomfortable position.

Meanwhile, First Lady Abby Bartlet visits her alma mater, the University of New Hampshire, to give a speech on women's health. She is met with both support and opposition as she discusses controversial issues such as abortion and contraception.
