In the fourth episode of the first season of The Wild Thornberrys entitled "Rumble In The Jungle," the Thornberry family embarks on a new adventure in the jungle of Brazil. As the camera pans over lush vegetation and vibrant wildlife, we see little Eliza Thornberry peering intently through her binoculars. Eliza is a young girl with an extraordinary power: she can speak to animals. With a little help from her trusty pet chimpanzee Darwin, she's on a mission to help save the animal kingdom.

The episode opens with the arriaval of the Thornberry family in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Their objective is to document the colorful life and behavior of the animals that inhabit the region. They set up camp and start exploring the area, spotting a number of species that are new to them. They encounter a group of river otters fishing for food in the nearby river, several parrots doing their morning exercises, and a capybara that tries to sneak some of their breakfast.

As the day goes on, Eliza and Darwin are watching a group of monkeys jumping around in the trees when they hear a strange rumbling noise. The sound is getting louder and louder by the minute, causing the trees to shake and the ground to tremble. Eliza and her best friend Darwin are worried. They realize that something very big is approaching their camp, and they need to figure out what it is.

In the meantime, the rest of the Thornberry family is busy exploring the jungle, oblivious to the approaching danger. They come across a beautiful waterfall and decide to take a swim, while Eliza and Darwin are still on high alert. Suddenly, an enormous creature, bigger than anything they have ever seen, crashes into the water, sending waves of water surging all around them. It is a huge African elephant, wandering lost in the Amazon.

Eliza is thrilled to see such a majestic creature, but she knows that the elephant will not be able to survive in this environment. She decides to help him find his way back home, but first, she has a problem to solve. The elephant is blocking the river that is the source of water for the animals, and they are all in danger of drying out. Eliza and Darwin hatch a plan to move the elephant out of the way, but they soon realize that it is all but impossible.

While Eliza is trying hard to help the giant elephant, her family is faced with another problem. A group of playful river dolphins has taken a liking to their boat and have started to play with it, making navigation impossible. The Thornberry family desperately needs to get back to where Eliza is, but the dolphins are making it nearly impossible.

Despite the playful distraction created by the dolphins, the family is determined to help Eliza save the animal kingdom. The situation is tense because time is running out. Water is getting scarce, and the elephant is getting agitated. Eliza must reach out to the elephant and convince him to move, but there is a language barrier to overcome. She resorts to making animal sounds that the elephant can understand, and she manages to calm him down by making him see the other creatures in the forest. It is a sight that moves the elephant, and he suddenly understands that he needs to move to save the other animals.

With the elephant's help, Eliza and her team manage to clear the path to the river and restore the source of water. They also succeed in guiding the elephant to his original home, which makes everyone happy. Eliza's moral lesson of the day is that by understanding the language of animals, she can help solve many of the problems faced by the living creatures of the planet.

In conclusion, the fourth episode of the first season of The Wild Thornberrys, "Rumble In The Jungle," is packed with action, adventure, and comedy. It takes us on a journey into the heart of the Amazon rainforest, where the Thornberry family helps resolve several problems faced by the animal kingdom.
