Rebecca and Jack are at odds after a long night spent dealing with their problems. Jack heads to Cleveland to make things right with Rebecca on the night of one of her tour dates. William and Jesse finally make amends after many years, leaving William to seek solace in the only other person who knows pain and loss even more intimately than he does. Olivia falls apart during her performance of the play that Kevin was to do with her. William starts to reconnect with Randall as he begins to see her differently. Kate finally decides to take a step forward in her relationship with Toby, who can't immediately reciprocate her needs given the tragedy he himself experienced. The Big Three come together to comfort one another during the tough times of life.
