Projects include the landscaping, granite hearthstone is installed for a fireplace, and a viewing of the media room which has a 92 foot HD screen and an HD projector with a surround sound system. Also, turning a claw-foot bathtub into a shower, and a solar powered fountain is installed in a yard.
