In the season 8 finale of This Old House Hour, the team wraps up their work on the Roxbury Project, a historical home in Boston. Inside the house, master carpenter Norm Abram finishes building a radiator cover and installs it in the dining room. He also repairs and reinforces the home's original windows.

The team faces some challenges, including a surprise in the basement when they discover that the floor joists are not level. They work to level the joists to ensure the new basement living space is safe and secure.
